Our journey together begins with a comprehensive onboarding and initial assessment. During this stage, you'll meet with your Personal Care Manager to set clear expectations and discuss your immediate health needs. This personalized session allows us to gather crucial information about your current health status, lifestyle, and goals, ensuring that we create a tailored plan just for you.

In Step 2, you will engage in personalized coaching sessions with your Functional Medicine Health Coach. These sessions are focused on developing a customized "Path of Least Resistance" to better health. We begin by identifying your most pressing health issues and providing immediate recommendations to address them.

Step 3 is all about making sustainable changes with ongoing support. We understand that lasting health improvements don't happen overnight, which is why we implement changes gradually, one week at a time. You'll meet with your coach weekly to assess your progress and make any necessary adjustments.

After achieving a mental breakthrough in the first month, Step 4 involves setting tangible health goals for the next few months. These goals might include weight loss, blood pressure reduction, or other specific health metrics. Together with your coach, you'll develop a specific action plan to achieve these goals.

In Step 5, we focus on integrating you into our supportive community. Engaging with peers who are on similar health journeys can provide valuable encouragement and accountability. You'll participate in group activities and discussions, sharing your progress and challenges.

The final step, Maintenance and Lifelong Health Navigation, ensures that your health gains are maintained for life.
