Iterate on your weekly progress and build serious momentum towards your goals. Refine your plan weekly with through 1-on-1 and group sessions.

  • Receive & share lab results

  • Complete 7-day lifestyle journal

  • Complete the kickoff plan

  • Start initial group sessions

Salus Responsibilities

  • Review the lab test results together alongside 7-day lifestyle journal

  • Craft kickoff plan

  • Send any initial resources to aid with kickoff

  • Followup on progress

Step 3

Building Momentum

Start the tracking process via our lab test and 7-day lifestyle journal. Craft initial kickoff plan to establish a strong start.

Client Responsibilities

  • Attend relevant group sessions

  • Complete weekly focus tasks

  • Attend 1-on-1 calls to review progress

Salus Responsibilities

  • Help client refine goals based off labs, lifestyle journals, and weekly progress

  • Send curated resources to aid client in progress

  • Scheduling appropriate 1-on-1 calls and consulting together as a team on client goals/progress

Step 4

Crafting a Sustainable Strategy

Building a long term strategy that works for you. Identifying areas of strengths and weakness and filling in the gaps with support.

Client Responsibilities

  • Sustain weekly progress and stay accountable

  • Finish Strong!

Salus Responsibilities

  • Review client’s progress from start to finish

  • Identify gaps and provide suitable resources and tools (labs, services, more…)

  • Create an "exit" plan

  • Attend 1-on-1 calls to review progress and refine plan

Establishing a Sustainable Strategy Forward
